What it is
Aquamin™ is a branded mineral ingredient from calcified red algae (Lithothamnion) and seawater. In our products it is the source of calcium and magnesium, and each product states exactly how much of both you get per serving.
Why it matters
Hydration+ gives 72mg of magnesium (19% NRV) and 214mg of calcium (27% NRV) per stick; Endure+ gives 189mg of magnesium (50% NRV) and 400mg of calcium (50% NRV) per serving. Magnesium contributes to electrolyte balance and to normal muscle function. Calcium contributes to normal muscle function.
